Refund Policy

If there is an issue with your order such as incorrect, missing, incomplete or damaged items, please contact us immediately for a resolution. We stand by our products 100% and will work with you to come to a resolution. We want you, our customer, to be satisfied.

Due to nature of our handmade items, returns are not accepted for any used products. Unused items may be returned if we have been notified within 7 business days of receipt and we have communicated back to you. Must be in original condition and original packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exchanges will be made for any other reason.

Returns MUST be posted and notified to us with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for missing items without delivery confirmation or improperly packaged fragile items.
